I booked a stay here as I had to be close by to a friends house for an event. I wouldn’t usually choose to stay in Killara but this hotel was great for a short stay. The room I was in was clean and newly renovated. Water temperature and pressure was excellent! AC worked great as well. Pillows were too soft for me but that’s my personal preference. The cafe and lobby were also nicely fit out - made it feel very luxurious!

Quick and easy check in, plenty of parking. Room comfortable. Not far from shopping mall and a 7-Eleven next door. Had a wee balcony that seemed to attract friendly yellow crested cockatoos and in the morning when we opened the curtain there were 4 sitting there staring in - very cute. Restaurant wasn't open as closed for Christmas holidays but found a great pub not far for dinner. That was excellent too.

The room is newly renovated... it looks new, smell new and very comfortable. The reception was warm and caring. Though it was by pacific highway, it was quiet at night. It was conveniently located near groceries, cafes and train station. The outside of room facilities are still renovating.. look forward to the complete job.. so far been great what they are doing.
