The convenience with booking online, through to the follow up call by reception on the day to confirm check-in time. Friendly staff. Cleanliness of room, absolute comfy bed and pillows with clean sheets. The breakfast and coffee in your restaurant 😋 was awesome👌 and worth every cent! My grandson showed me a photo of a yellow crested cockatoo that visited his room when he opened his veranda door in the morning.

Parking; walk-in shower; room service; digital room service order through phone. Bushlsbd tress / shrubs out side window; ‘quiet’ at night despite close proximity to highway.

I booked a stay here as I had to be close by to a friends house for an event. I wouldn’t usually choose to stay in Killara but this hotel was great for a short stay. The room I was in was clean and newly renovated. Water temperature and pressure was excellent! AC worked great as well. Pillows were too soft for me but that’s my personal preference. The cafe and lobby were also nicely fit out - made it feel very luxurious!

Onsite restaurant, onsite parking for larger vehicles, close to other food, restaurants, transport (train) and good road links to other parts of Sydney . Room size was great so didn’t feel cramped.

Loved the location, handy to city. Loved the quietness even though near the main road, loved that breakfast was included, facility was clean, roomy and enjoyable. There is a conference venue on premises although I didn’t view it.
